Dempsey

An unlikely mix of ingredients that actually work. Absinthe and grenadine combined with gin and Calvados; a delightfully potent cocktail that is very moreish.

Silver Streak

The Silver Streak cocktail has an unusual flavour, pairing Kümmel, a sweet and colourless liqueur that is flavoured with caraway seed, fennel and cumin, with gin. Also known as kümmel or kimmel, the cocktail is a bit like Marmite – you will either love it or hate it.
