  • 40ml bourbon whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Dash of bitters
  • Top up with Prosecco

How to make

  1. Add the bourbon, maple syrup and bitters to a cocktail shaker and shake well
  2. Strain into a chilled decorative glass and top up with Prosecco
