A Golden Fizz cocktail is the same as a Gin Fizz, but with the addition of a fresh egg yolk. It might not sound very appetising, but once you get past the fact you are eating raw egg, it is actually very good.
A light and very pleasant cocktail that is slightly sweet. Perfect for serving at a dinner party when you aren’t quite sure of your guests’ tastes. A crowd pleaser, for sure.

A Snowball is a mixture of Advocaat and lemonade and as with so many cocktails, there are a variety of differing recipes. The addition of gin is a warming surprise and really adds to the flavour. Buying a shop bought commercial version of Advocaat is fine, making it yourself really isn’t necessary.
