Similar to an Espresso Martini, the Black Martini cocktail is still rich and indulgent but contains rum rather than vodka. This recipe also includes Bols Cacao Brown; a dark, rich and bitter chocolate liqueur that has hints of orange and vanilla. This drink makes the perfect after-dinner cocktail.

  • 30ml white rum
  • 25ml Bols Cacao Brown liqueur
  • 30ml cold espresso
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Shake all the ingredients together with ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
