A twist on the more common Alexander cocktail that uses gin. In a Blue Alexander the Crème de Cacao liqueur is replaced by blue Curaçao, giving it its lovely blue hue.

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml blue Curaçao
  • 25ml cream

How to make

  1. Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled
  2. Strain into a cocktail glass
