The Screwdriver is a popular alcoholic highball cocktail made with vodka and orange juice. The basic drink is just the two ingredients, but there are many variations. It is an official International Bartenders Association cocktail and it is suggested that its name derives from the original tool used to stir the drink, a screwdriver!
