A Fluffy Duck is a creamy cocktail containing gin, advocaat and orange liqueur and some consider it to be a good hangover cure. Served in a highball glass, it packs a punch; try it the next time you are feeling delicate after overindulging.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Dry Gin
  • 40ml Advocaat Liqueur
  • 30ml orange liqueur
  • 30ml fresh orange juice
  • Soda water
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Pour all the ingredients, other than the soda into a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake until chilled and strain into an ice-filled highball glass
  3. Top with soda water
