Ingredients

  • 3 basil leaves
  • 40ml London Dry Gin
  • 20ml elderflower Liqueur
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Lemon Bitters
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slice - to garnish

How to make

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the tonic water, into a shaker and shake well with some ice
  2. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass and top up with tonic water
  3. Garnish with a slice of lemon
