Ingredients

  • 50ml dark rum
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • Lemon zest curl - to garnish

How to make

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients
  2. Shake well and pour into a chilled short glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon zest curl
