Black Martini View cocktail Recipe

Black Martini

Similar to an Espresso Martini, the Black Martini cocktail is still rich and indulgent but contains rum rather than vodka. This recipe also includes Bols Cacao Brown; a dark, rich and bitter chocolate liqueur that has hints of orange and vanilla. This drink makes the perfect after-dinner cocktail.

Dark and Stormy View cocktail Recipe

Dark and Stormy

The Dark and Stormy cocktail is simple, with only three ingredients, but getting the right measures of each is crucial.

A popular cocktail using dark rum, which is key to the Dark and Stormy’s rich flavour and deep colour. Using ginger beer (not ginger ale) gives the cocktail its intense ginger flavour; you want it to be brewed and fermented but non-alcoholic.

Make sure the lime juice is freshly squeezed - avoid bottled lime juice as they often have added preservatives and other chemicals and lack the freshness of squeezed juice.
