The Larchmont cocktail was created by David Embury and first appeared in his 1948 book; “The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks.”

  • 40ml white rum
  • 15ml Grand Marnier
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • Orange peel - to garnish
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Combine all the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel
