Paloma

Paloma cocktail

Type: Cocktail

The Paloma is a tequila-based cocktail that is very popular all over Mexico. Its history is unclear, but some credit Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner of La Capilla bar in the town of Tequila, Mexico as its creator. A mixture of tequila, grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup, some Paloma recipes call for salt to be added to the rim of the glass.
