Ingredients

  • 40ml Italian Vermouth
  • 40ml French Vermouth
  • 1 dash of orange bitters
  • 1 dash of grenadine
  • Lemon zest
  • Cherry - to garnish
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and squeeze lemon peel over the top
  3. Garnish with a cherry
