A non-alcoholic version of the Moscow Mule cocktail. Refreshing, slightly spicy and delicious.
The Black Russian cocktail is made of 5 parts vodka and 2 parts coffee liqueur. It is served simply over ice, in a short tumbler and originates from Brussels in Belgium.
The cocktail gets its name from the main ingredient - vodka, a typical Russian spirit and the blackness of the coffee liqueur.
Originating in the USA, the Applejack cocktail was originally made using 80 to 100 proof brandy. The French use Calvados, which is far more subtle and fruity in comparison.
