This is a vodka-based cocktail that also uses coffee liqueur and cream. It gets its name from the use of vodka as the main ingredient, a spirit that is hugely popular in Russia. However, the drink doesn’t actually originate from Russia, it was created in Brussels, Belgium.

  • 60ml vodka
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and shake well in a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour into a small, glass-filled tumbler
