This cocktail was created by the late bartender and mixologist Dick Bradsell. Dick was highly regarded in his field and managed to turn cocktail making into an art. His ability to blend, balance and pair tastes to create the perfect drink was remarkable.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Dry Gin
  • 30ml Sloe Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 30ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 tbsp Creme de Mure
  • Lemon slice - to garnish
  • Ice

How to make

  1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with some ice
  2. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with a slice of lemon
