  • 20ml elderflower cordial
  • 50ml cloudy apple juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Sparkling water
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • Sprig of mint - to garnish

How to make

  1. Place some ice in a highball glass and add the elderflower cordial, apple juice and mint leaves
  2. Squeeze in the lime juice and top up with sparkling water and stir
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint
